Ordered from most aggressive cutting to finest finishing, here is the breakdown of the Quantum pad colors and their grades:

1. Yellow – Heavy Cutting Pad

• Grade: Maximum Aggression / Heavy Cut

• Use: Removing severe oxidation, deep scratches, and major paint defects with heavy compounds.

2. Orange – Medium-Heavy Cutting Pad

• Grade: Moderate-to-Heavy Cut

• Use: Eliminating moderate-to-heavy swirls and everyday paint imperfections as a primary correction pad.

3. Green – Heavy Polishing Pad

• Grade: Medium / Heavy Polish

• Use: Bridging the gap between cutting and finishing to remove light-to-moderate swirls and boost gloss.

4. White – Medium-Light Polishing Pad
