The Lake Country Black CCS Cutback DA Foam Light Polishing Pad featuring CCS Technology, made exclusively for use on DA or Random Orbital machines.
The Lake Country Red Foam Final Finishing Pad is designed for use with light polishes, waxes, and sealants. This pad is very soft and is designed for applying a final step product without absorbing too much of the product.
The velcro backing is cutback from edge to avoid hitting the buffing surface as well to help center on the backing plate.
Conventional foam pads absorb polish too quickly, this reduces polish and pad performance because most of the polish is trapped below the working surface of the pad. The Lake Country CCS pad has a Slower Rate of Polish Absorption with pockets which gradually release polish as needed by the operator. These pockets also prevent pad skipping by reducing surface tension, while creating less temperature by reducing surface contact.
